A tailored fellowship experience designed to meet charter leaders at every stage of growth.

About the Fellowship

The Ready for CSP New Mexico Fellowship provides targeted, hands-on support for charter leaders expanding or replicating their schools through the Charter Schools Program (CSP). The fellowship is designed to support up to 2 leaders per school. This includes charter school leaders who plan to replicate or expand through CSP Round 4 grants –as well as previous CSP awardees who want to strengthen their approach to sustainable growth.

Because leaders enter this work at different stages, the fellowship offers two distinct application pathways — ensuring each fellow receives the most relevant level of support.

The fellowship application opens Wednesday, April 8 and will close on May 20. Questions about the fellowship? Contact Bria Gibson, Director of Talent Recruitment and Selection at bgibson@themindtrust.org.
